Working Principle: Heat is produced with the functions of kneading, friction between the spiral shaft and inner wall of the expander, meanwhile eject in steam to increase flake temperature. Cell tissue of oilseed is destroyed completely inside the Expander. When the oilseed is extruded out of the expander, high pressure and high temperature oilseed is expanded because of sudden pressure-relief. Meanwhile moisture in it is evaporated all of a sudden. Therefore the material becomes microporous structure and the soybean is expanded to irregular, loose and high intensity particles.
